Energifera offers after-sales support service managed by qualified staff, to help final users maximize the value of their investment. TEMA® and Energifera PLUS machines are equipped with a supervisory unit for the control system, with comprehensive data acquisition, storage and management functionalities.

Remote diagnostics to identify possible malfunctions and take quick and effective actions can be executed through a dedicated PC-based application in WindowsTM operating system, designed to manage the plant control unit. The high versatility of this application allows quick and efficient setup and file storage of all the parameters of the control unit, its remote monitoring and possible firmware updates.

Furthermore, the software monitoring system is implemented using data transmission standards that interface to the most popular remote control and management systems. The application can also acquire, chart and record to file all parameters and values measured on the equipment. To ensure an optimal support to maintenance, the system can also manage scheduled maintenance intervals by monitoring plant operating hours and by measuring the achieved cost saving.
